📽️ THE GENESIS: PARIS IDEM This mix was born in the shadows of the Idem Paris lithography studio. Inspired by David Lynch’s short film Paris Idem, I have sampled the rhythmic drones, the metallic sighs, and the heavy mechanical grinding of the historic printing presses.

David Lynch’s obsession with the "humanity" of machines is a core inspiration for CARBON DECAY. By blending these industrial samples with dark frequencies, this mix explores the "érotisme de la machine" where cold iron meets human desire. It is a tribute to the rain-slicked streets of Paris and the cinematic surrealism of Lynch.
