It's Day 3 of our Indoor 5km walk/run challenge and I'm sure we're still going strong. We're almost halfway through the week and the workout gets a little more intense today but I know we have what it takes.
Today's interval is 1min of walking/2mins of running however , you can interchange it if it sounds too daunting.
Remember that the amount of steps will depend on the pace at which you run or walk during the course of this workout. The amount of calories burnt will also depend on your speed, weight, effort put in while performing the intervals.
DON'T FORGET to have fun and just enjoy yourself.
