Описание: The Filipino version of Tamales is one of a popular Kapampangan's delicacy you'll love for breakfast or snack. Made of rice flour, coconut milk, and peanut butter, topped with chicken and eggs and wrapped in banana leaves and steamed.

Ingredients:
1 medium white onion
4 cloves garlic
3/4 cup rice flour
2 cups coconut milk
1/2 tsp fine salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp achuete oil
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 shrimp cube
2 tsp sugar
chicken flakes
salted eggs
