The pattern calls for 2 strands of #4 worsted weight/Aran
I used a #5 bulky weight and a 5.5mm hook

you will need 400 Yards of #5 bulky weight if you make the strap, you only need 328 yards ( or 1 ball of Premier Puzzle yarn) if you buy a separate strap
