We built Supportable out of necessity. After 30+ years of experience providing services to individuals in the Mental Health, Behavioral Health, Human Services, and Substance Use industry, we kept searching for but never found a solution to help us truly organize our intake operations.

Supportable is a fully HIPAA-compliant healthcare CRM designed specifically for the behavioral health and human service sectors. It aims to maximize efficiency in converting referrals into services provided, thereby increasing revenue. Supportable enhances transparency, allowing management to view intake results and quickly identify bottlenecks. It provides real-time referral status analytics and assesses the health of the organization's referral and intake process.

Supportable handles two types of customers: those being referred to your business and those who refer them. It offers features such as referral eligibility screening, queue admission, and insurance verification. The system is mobile-friendly and allows referrals to be made from forms posted anywhere on the internet.

Additionally, Supportable integrates with other systems, such as EHRs, through APIs and automation services like Microsoft Power Automate. This integration allows for seamless data synchronization and various automated tasks, enhancing the overall workflow.
