Zone 0 includes two subzones based on your home's features. The noncombustible zone extends from the home to at least 12 inches, or farther when needed to match the eave line, as well as around windows, glass doors, vents, decks, stairs, and pergolas. Beyond that, the low-combustibility zone extends out to five feet from the home.
