Описание: Always seal your fish with Basecoat Sealer before painting.It May be better to not darken the outer edges of the fins in black(Looks good on bass and some other fish,but not always)..It also causes unwanted coloring/fading of fin colors already applied.If you do choose too,make sure just the very end with a narrow amount (very thin).
