Tanker Truck Loading. Carbis Loadtec Semi Autoload Factory Test

Описание: In a number of cases, clients are phasing in their introduction to full Autoload automation by taking a halfway step. Semi-Autoload allows all the hardware to be fitted to the loading arm and be operational, but without the final full automation software package, which can be added at a later date.

The Loading Arm, once installed still provides non-manual handling capability. One press on the Start button will lift the arm out of it's designated parking tundish and deploy to the tank truck centre-line, whilst avoiding obstructions, hand rails etc and stop at a pre-determined height above the highest predicted tank top.

The operator can then guide the arm, using a remote control (wirless or pendent) into the manhole and initiate loading. Once the cone is in the manhole, the Anti-Drip valve (option) opens.

On completion of loading the operator only has to press one button on the control panel. "Park" with immediately shut the Anti-Drip valve and the arm will return, without aid, to the parking tundish. Once in the tundish, the anti-drip valve will reopen to allow drainage of any residue into a containment.

This is an excellent half step if you are contemplating Autoload and are concerned about your operator welfare and integrity of operations.

Full Autoload removes the need for the operator to be present at the loading arm.
