Описание: This is a must try Biscoff cupcake recipe for all the Lotus Biscoff lovers.  It’s so delicious without doubt.  Layered with butter biscoff cookie base, moist cake, biscoff spread, biscoff cream, biscoff SMBC, drizzled with biscoff and topped with crushed biscoff cookies and half of a biscoff cookie. It's all Biscoff and yet the Biscoff taste is not too overwhelming.

\\  Ingredients (yield about 15 cupcakes) (cupcake size 5cm diameter)
 
(for cake)
175g     self raising flour
140g     castor sugar
35g       brown sugar
1/4tsp   baking soda
1/4tsp   salt
175g     butter
2          whole eggs
1          egg yolk
30ml     full cream milk
 
(for butter biscuits – base)
120g     lotus biscoff cookies – crush
30g       butter – melted
 
(for filling)
70ml     heavy cream
50g       lotus spread
 
(for buttercream)
120g     egg whites
135g     castor sugar
270g     butter (cold)
1 1/2tsp            vanilla essence
100g     lotus spread
