The Elmina Clarke-Allen Highway - Is it worth it?

Описание: This is the latest Highway in Trinidad & Tobago and it passes through the Aripo Savannah which is an environmentally sensitive area, that being said, I thought I'd check it out and really see if time is saved using this new highway named after the late Mrs. Elmina Clarke-Allen, a politician who was part of our government during the first republican era in Trinidad & Tobago.

So join me, my Trinbago Vibes peeps as we take a drive through Cumuto road, then the new ECA Highway, as well as the Valencia By-Pass at the end of this one, so it's a lengthy one
