Hello and Welcome to F.I.S.T:. Forged in Shadow Torch Video guide. You need to go connect to the anchor points with your whip without touching the ground and go through 7 different anchor points.
A good place to do so is in the Prison Map, connect to one with your whip and keep moving till you connect to 7 different anchors.
Use your double jump and dash to position yourself right as you connect with your whip from one anchor to another, If you fail you can always return to the start or endpoint to start again.
