1/2 a Chicken
3 cloves of Garlic
1 Thumb size of Ginger
4-5 Stalks of Spring Onions
2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
1 tbsp of Oyster Sauce
A dash of White Pepper
1 tbsp of Tapioca Flour/ Corn Flour
A cap of Chinese Cooking Wine
1 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Sugar
