Описание: In this video you will the recipe of green masala pulao also known as khatri pulao. This recipe can be made with beef, mutton or chicken. So make this amazing pulao and serve hot with raita and kachoomar.

INGREDIENTS
beef 1 kg
onions' 4 medium sliced
water 250 ml
salt 2 teaspoon
ginger paste 1 tablespoon
garlic paste 1 tablespoon
water 1/2 glass

WHOLE SPICES
cumin seeds 2 teaspoons
cloves 6
black peppercorns 15
black cardamoms 2
cinnamon sticks 3 large
water 1/4 cup
Soak all spices in water

FOR HARA MASALA (GREEN MASALA)
green coriander with stem 1 bunch
whole green chilies 30 to 40
Blend both with little water.

oil 3/4 cup
onion 1 large sliced
potatoes 4 large cut in 4
gram lentil 1/2 cup (soaked for 2 hours)
salt 1 teaspoon
water 1/2 glass

FOR RICE
basmati rice 1 kg (soaked for half hour)
water 3 glass
salt 4 teaspoons

METHOD
First ly in a small pan put meat and onions and cook covered at medium flame till it starts to boil (15 minutes). Now mix and add ginger garlic paste, and salt and mix. Add water and cook covered till meat is 80 percent tender (45 minutes).
Meanwhile in a large pot add oil, and put large onion and cook till it turns translucent. Put soaked all spices along with water, mix and cook for a minute. Now put potatoes and soaked gram lentils (drain water) and salt. Mix well add water and cook covered on low flame till potatoes and lentils are just tender.
After 45 minutes check meat, and add blended green masala mix well and cook at low flame till meat is tender.
When potatoes and meat are done, transfer meat to potatoes, mix well and add 3 glass water, salt and rice. If you think you need more water add more. Cook covered at high flame till it starts to boil. Once water starts to boil, cook uncovered at medium flame till water is almost dried. Now turn the flame to medium low and cook covered for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes give it a mix, cover cloth and cook covered at low flame for 15 minutes.
Yout khatri pulao is ready. Serve hot with raita and kachoomar. ENJOY
