Описание: First long run day with the Runna 5K plan. I thought it was interesting that it has a lot more structure in the long run. It didn't just say run for an hour or two at at a 6:50K pace. Instead, it had a twoK warmup, then threeK at a 6:45K pace, then twoK at 6:two0K pace, then one and a half at a 6:00K pace, then the cooldown. I'm on the fence about whether or not I like the more structured long run, I'll need a few more with similar structure to decide.
