Ingredients:
4 kg pork shoulder
3 kg of bone and skinless flank
1 kg neck
2 kg of beef neck
100 g of pressed garlic
4 g marjoram
20 g ground pepper
15-20 g sweet Hungarian peppers
2 dkg of salt per 1 kg of meat
8 g of crushed cumin
1-1.5 l of water
For 10 kg of meat about 12 m of intestines
