1.Precise Positioning: Ensure that the carton maintains its accurate position during conveyance and folding, avoiding any offset or skew. During the opening process, cartonboards will be there to hold the carton from front and back direction, making it open at right angles and move to the filling area; when folding the carton, there is special folding tongue mechanism to bend the carton tongue, ensuring precise action and neat folding of the carton.
2.Stable Conveyor Device: the conveyor device is a key component to ensure the smooth conveyance of cardboard boxes. The conveyor belt is fixed with multiple of symmetrical limit blocks. The packaging box moves on the conveyor belt through the limit blocks, ensuring that the cardboard box does not shake or shift during conveyance, and theness and uniformity of the folding and sealing of the box.
