Ange/Battler-My Only Sunshine [MEP part]

Well, here's my part for Haru Uchuujin's Sunshine MEP. I chose to do Battler and Ange's really tragic sibling relationship because well, everything hurts when you Seacats, and the MEP was supposed to be about loss. And well, Ange did lose her whole family at age 6, but especially her brother, who she looked up to. Like, even if she kinda met him years later, technically Battler died in 1986, so she lost all her family.
I cried getting the fanart for this, no joke. Partly because little Ange is so precious, and partly because it made me sad.

But I went and added some canon quotes to make it extra sad.
The first quote is Battler's when he's about to begin EP8's story for her... the one where she's crying in disbelief is when she's being bullied in class in EP4... the next quote, where she's hugging him, actually came from that scene... the next quote comes from the same EP8 scene... and the two quote following that come from the Evatrice and Ange Ougon Musou Kyouku route (which breaks my heart).
