The keystroke =RANDBETWEEN(1,100) followed by Ctrl + Enter is used in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to fill all currently selected cells with the RANDBETWEEN(1, 100) formula, generating a random integer between 1 and 100 (inclusive) in each selected cell.
How to use this command:
Select the range of cells where you want the random numbers to appear.
Type the formula =RANDBETWEEN(1,100) into the active cell (usually the first cell of your selection).
Hold down the Ctrl key and then press the Enter key.
All the cells in the selected range will instantly populate with random whole numbers between 1 and 100.
