Описание: 👉In this step-by-step tutorial I wanna show you how to build a super modern realistic skyscraper which will improve your city skyline.

👉In this 2/3 part we focus on building the special recognisable design facade on the top floors which make sure that this skyscraper will stand out in your city skyline and become a recognizable point in your city.


👉I'm always trying to design my builds with some recognisable special design elements because they're different from the other builds and stand out. This skyscraper will stand out in your city skyline and become a recognizable point in your city.

👉I divided this skyscraper project into 3 parts:
1️⃣Part 1 - in this part we'II build the whole skyscraper construction, lifts, design facade, roof
2️⃣Part 2 - Special recognisable design facade at the top floors
3️⃣Part 3 - in this part I wanna focus on adding details which move the build into next level. Includes: Recognisable outdoor glazed construction, two-story lobby, building interior in a model floor - 2 luxury apartments with a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen.

👉I made the design of this skyscraper in a way that inside it there can be offices but also apartments so it's a mixed-use skyscraper
