Описание: As the US gears up for the presidential elections in November, we look back at the 1980 race. In this piece from that year, Charles Wheeler reports on Ted Kennedy's attempt to win the Democratic Party nomination. Kennedy was dogged by "Chappaquiddick" - a car crash he'd had many years before, in which the passenger died. He went on to lose the nomination to incumbent Jimmy Carter.
