The basic steps: Use Essence of Loathing.

You can use Shrieking in SSF.
Ideally on il86 boots such as Dex Bases.
From there, suffixes cannot be changed + veiled chaos or harvest crafting, or alternatively searing exarch influence (use embers, the red ones) and roll prefixes with eldritch currency.
Target either Life or Movespeed and craft the other.
