Our loans help qualified working families and individuals to buy a home that provides a stable residence that strengthens the family and the neighborhood. Our innovative Workforce Homebuyer Program provides down payment loans up to $100,000 in Northern Santa Barbara County and up to $125,000 in Southern Santa Barbara County.
