5 minute, bare bones workout that you can do in your own room, no equipment needed.
"If it's important to you, you will find the time; if it's not, you will find an excuse" YOUR HEALTH SHOULD BE IMPORTANT TO YOU!!
Grab a friend and get them to do it with you -- yes, you can text each other every day/night right when you're about to do it (you don't have to physically work out together). Having someone who holds you accountable and who is motivated by you, will keep you from giving up.
Every week, add 5 more reps to each exercise (and hold the plank for longer!). Comment below how long it took you to do this workout!
