Nestled in the gentle hills of Garda and below a vineyard and olive grove, our “Residence Salice” is located in a place that combines peace and privacy with close proximity to the most beautiful spots on Lake Garda.

The construction of our exclusive vacation home complex began in early 2025 on a stunning, approximately 9,000 square meter property in a quiet location. Completion is scheduled for summer 2026.

Four two-story buildings, each with three to a maximum of five comfortable apartments, will be built on the property. Another building, which will contain a villa and two apartments, is currently in the planning stage. All apartments are designed and oriented to offer a harmonious balance between views and privacy. The intelligent layout ensures that privacy, tranquility, and relaxation are always the focus.

The apartments range in size from approximately 80 square meters to approximately 177 square meters.

The heart of the complex is the carefully designed communal area: an inviting infinity pool surrounded by a sunny garden and sun terraces creates the ideal setting for relaxing days. Right next to the pool is a shaded sunbathing area in the style of the Mediterranean lemon gardens typical of the region, called “Limonaia.” Here, traditional flair meets an extraordinary ambience. Whether you're looking for quiet relaxation or socializing, this area is sure to quickly become your favorite spot.

Two parking spaces are available for each residential unit, most of which are designed as double garage boxes in the underground car park. Private storage areas in the basement complete the offer.

The charming municipality of Garda in the province of Verona is one of the most popular places in the heart of the fascinating Lake Garda region. Here, striking mountains such as “La Rocca” meet the sparkling lake. The sunsets over the rocky landscape on the opposite lake shore are breathtakingly beautiful, with different colors every day. The extensive range of leisure and sports activities in the surrounding area, as well as the excellent infrastructure with shops, restaurants, bars, and medical facilities on site, leave nothing to be desired.

The beautiful surroundings are characterized by mighty cypress trees, fragrant jasmine, green laurel, and lush citrus trees. And, of course, by impressive old olive trees and grapevines—but also by a very special, almost mystical tree—the mighty willow, or “Salice” in Italian.
