Almond Paste Soft Cookies. The ones from the Greek Festivals

These are the Cookies I could only get when I went to the Greek Festival. Thanks to my fellow Greek Margo I now can make them myself.
Puree 1 Lbs Almond Paste with 3 egg white and 1/2 cup sugar.
Form them into the desired shape and roll into the Almonds.
Place on baking sheet in a Preheated oven to 350F until the bottom edges become golden.
Roughly 15mins.
** If you are going to make them round. Be sure to press them down otherwise it will not cook all the way in the center.**
