Lambeth Council have partnered with Chocolate Films Workshops to support 27 young people from three schools in Lambeth to create a short documentary film about their lived experiences of autism.
Funded by the Universal Access Fund, the project supports two key priorities of our All Age Autism Strategy | Lambeth Council: to improve understanding and awareness of autism, which is the aim of the film, and to support more autistic individuals into employment. We have worked towards this by upskilling participants in filmmaking and awarding them accredited AQA UAS certificates in recognition of the skills they developed throughout the process.
