In this episode we get hands on with the Lowbrow Customs hardtail kit and start transforming this Ironhead into a true chopper.
I walk through the entire setup: cleaning and prepping the frame, unboxing the hardtail section, laying out measurements, and marking all the cut points. From there we cut the frame, test-fit the section, drop the engine in… pull it back out… and repeat the process until everything lines up the way it should. Real garage-built progress — no shortcuts.
Plenty of challenges, plenty of sparks, and a surprise at the end for the people following this build closely.
