This can be doubled
1 pound of ground meat of your choice I used lean turkey
1 large chopped onion. ( I added bell pepper)
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 package taco seasoning
2 cups water
8 oz pasta
1/2 cup of shredded cheese
Sauté onions and cook ground meat
Add canned tomatoes
Add 2 cups of water
Add 8 oz pasta
Add taco seasoning
Bring to boil lower heat and simmer u til noodles are cooked ( about 8 to 10 min) making sure does not stick to bottom of pan
Stir in cheese when done , it’s that easy . Double it if want.
