In our first Meet the Team video, you’ll meet Ben Smith from Care Shop’s Customer Success Team - one of the friendly voices helping care homes get what they need, when they need it.
Ben spends his days speaking with care home managers, nurses, and housekeepers. Not rushed, tick-box calls, but real conversations - listening, understanding, and helping wherever he can.
In the video, he shares a moment that says it all. A care home urgently needed an air mattress so a resident could be safely discharged from hospital. The order cut-off had passed, but Ben and our Head of Operations, Tom, worked together to get it picked, packed, and out for delivery straight away.
No fuss - just people doing the right thing when it mattered most.
