I don’t have a regular “yoga” practice but occasionally I like to mix up my routines with some videos that I follow. I also incorporate some very regular Animal Flow into my warm ups and as part of my training programs, and I feel the lengthening and strengthening of those movements. But POST workout I have settled into these stretches. Purely for the stretch. I like to spend 2 minutes relaxing into each stretch if I have the time. Sometimes if one feels really good I’ll hang out longer, I let my body tell me what it needs.
