If you're new to my channel, my name is Tiffany Webber. I'm a real estate attorney and co-founder of Thomas & Webber, a real estate law firm serving the Lake Norman area of North Carolina. We've closed nearly 10,000 real estate transactions across our three offices in Mooresville, Huntersville, and Denver, NC.

I make free YouTube videos because buying a home should be a happy experience. People shouldn't be confused when diving into one of the biggest purchases of their life. I want to share the legal information that will put your mind at ease before you sign your contract and buy a property.

How I got here…

2010: Graduated college at 20 years old and started working as a pharmaceutical sales rep. I thought that was my career path.
2014: Decided to go to law school.
2016: Got a job as an attorney. Started practicing civil litigation.
2020: Co-founded Thomas & Webber with my late law partner, Ben Thomas. We wanted to build a firm that actually communicated with clients and made real estate law accessible.
2021: Voted by my peers as North Carolina Weekly's Rising Star. Started serving on the board as the attorney for the Lake Norman Homebuilders Association.
2023: Voted by my peers as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (an award I've won in 2024 and 2025 as well).
2025: Invited to speak on Yahoo Finance as a live guest about the state of the real estate market. Our firm has now closed nearly 10,000 real estate transactions.

Today: I serve on multiple boards including the South Iredell Economic Development Committee, Iredell Economic Development Committee, and as board chair for Hope of Mooresville (a local non-profit). I've been invited to speak on national stages to share insights on real estate law with attorneys and real estate agents across the country.

Thomas & Webber operates three offices across the Lake Norman area. We handle residential real estate closings, estate planning, and business law. But what we're really known for is actually keeping our clients informed throughout the process—which shouldn't be revolutionary, but apparently it is.

Why do I make these videos?

Because I've seen too many people show up to closing confused, stressed, and blindsided by costs or terms they didn't understand. I've seen buyers lose thousands of dollars because they didn't know their rights during due diligence. I've seen property owners accept lowball offers from the DOT because they didn't know they could negotiate.

Real estate law shouldn't be complicated. It shouldn't require a law degree to understand what you're signing. And you shouldn't have to chase down your attorney just to find out what's happening with your closing.

So I'm putting everything I know into free videos—breaking down closing disclosures, explaining due diligence timelines, showing you how to protect yourself from wire fraud, teaching you your rights in eminent domain cases—all in plain English.
