What my 7 Months Baby Eat in a Day~6 Indian Weight Gain Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Recipes for baby

In this video I'm sharing what my 7-8 months old baby eats in a day. I offer him 3 solid meals (breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). My baby is mostly breastfed, and I do offer him bottle (formula feed) once or twice a day.

RECIPE #1 – Scrambled Egg

Ingredients: 1 egg
Beat egg with a pinch of salt. Add ghee in pan and cook soft scrambled egg.

RECIPE #2 – Ragi Halwa (Sheera)

Ingredients: 1 tsp Ragi Flour, half mashed banana
Sauté Ragi flour in ghee and then add water. Cook it on medium flame and add breastmilk/ formula milk to adjust consistency. Add mashed banana as sweetener.

RECIPE #3 – Homemade Yogurt

Ingredients: 2 tsp Plain homemade yogurt

RECIPE #4 – Mashed Fruits

You can try any single/ combination fruits
Mango+ Banana
Papaya+ Banana
Pear+ Apple
Apple + Banana
Sweet Potato + Banana

RECIPE #5 – Plain Kichdi

Ingredients: half tsp moong dal, half tsp rice, Ghee (adds flavor)
In cooker, add a pinch of hing, haldi poder and jeera. Saute dal and rice and add pinch of salt. Add water and cook it on medium flame for 3 whistles. Puree it and serve.


RECIPE #6 – Vegetable Kichdi

Ingredients: half tsp moong dal, half tsp rice, Ghee (adds flavor), 4-5 spinach leaves, small piece of carrot
In cooker, add a pinch of hing, haldi poder and jeera. Saute veggies, dal and rice and add pinch of salt. Add water and cook it on medium flame for 3 whistles. Puree it and serve.
