But, This Version of the Gravy Skips the Onion & Garlic and Instead Uses Only Tomato Purée as the Gravy Base. This Curry Is Also Thickened With Cashew and Coconut Milk Paste That Provides the Silky and Saucy Texture to the Gravy. This Curry Can Be Had With Jeera Rice, Idli, Dosa and Also Chapathi.
