today we've got a chill studio vlog - watering plants, unboxing a few new products, designing some new notepads, and making food. taking things slow because it was a bit of a rough week, mental health-wise - still learning how to find balance with productivity and be gentle with myself. if you had a rough week too, just know that you are enough and you're doing your best and sometimes that's really all you can do!! take good care of yourself, you are precious cargo 💛✨
