Cowboy Hamburger Stew - Texas Winter Edition
1 LB Hamburger meat browned with 1 onion, chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic
add chopped carrots, 1 small, sweet potato, bell pepper, cook for 5-10 minutes, covered
Add 2 cans tomato sauce, 6 cups water, 2 cups frozen peas, 1 can drained corn, W sauce, hot sauce, 1 cup minute rice, 1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
and 2 TBL better than bouillon, your favorite seasonings
Cover and cook 20 minutes and serve!
Add what you like, as much as you like, take out what you don't like that's how we roll!
