Happy belated birthday, Soobin. I’m so sorry this is late. If i’m completely honest, I’m ashamed it took me so long to release this. ASTERIÁ, Soobin and everyone else that has helped by participating in any capacity, I sincerely apologise for my tardiness and will offer no excuse. I had been putting it off for personal reasons and I apologise for letting it interfere with my work.
Nonetheless, I hope you enjoy this cover, something I wrote at the age of fourteen; I took my own spin on the song and wrote from the bottom of my heart. It means a lot to be finally able to release something I had worked on so long ago at a young age that meant a lot to me, and I use it as a sort of homage to Soobin and his period of rest. You deserve it, Soobin…! It’s okay to be tired, and I’m glad you’re getting the rest you need. I hope this cover can be some comfort and a friend in this nice break you’re having as a reminder that your rest is well-deserved and that it’s okay to not be okay. Same goes for you, too, ASTERIÁ! It’s okay to be sad and broken sometimes. There’s nothing to be ashamed of, as silly as it may feel in the moment. You’re not pathetic. Cry if you must, rest here with me.
