Fan stereo remix & remaster of the title track from Metallica's 1988 album "...and Justice For All", made for my personal enjoyment, but sharing here in case someone else likes it.
I know many will hate this, as it differs from the released version quite a bit. Up until now, my remixes have been, for the most part, very respectful of the sound and vibe of the originals, aiming only for better instrument separation, punch and overall clarity. For this record, however, I felt like going for a different approach, trying to get closer to the grand sound of their previous 2 albums, and bringing back some of the ambiance and punch that got taken away during the original album's mixing process. And of course bring up the bass!
This is all for fun though, and only intends to be an alternative listen to what already is a metal masterpiece.
