today's topic is very different from my usual content but I felt the need to share it regardless! I just got my ADHD diagnosis last month and talk in-depth about the adult ADHD diagnosis process in Germany, rant about some medical professionals in my life that let me down, talk about most of my symptoms and things that have worked for me so far to make my life a little bit easier.
