The Onondaga County Water Authority said the east reservoir is now at 30% capacity on Thursday.
The OCWA held its first update regarding the conserve water mandate affecting parts of Onondaga and Madison Counties since Jan. 2. At the time, Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon said the reserve was at 25%.
