Today I am sharing a video where I show you a bilateral drawing exercise. This exercise works directly with the primitive areas in our brain helping us de-stress.
The main thing is to be mindful of how it FEELS for YOU to do this rhythmic movement. If you need you can change the way you carry out the movement across your midtline in order to feel the relaxation.
You can do this exercise with both adults and children alike.
