When I first pulled up to the property, I saw a lovely historic home, and a DREAM workshop for someone who likes to store equipment, wrench on things, create art, or repair equipment – but it wasn’t until the owner and I hopped in his UTV and just 5 min into my tour of the acreage my jaw dropped to my feet. It’s a recreational HEAVEN – lots of tall, beautiful trees, majestic topography of rolling hills and valleys, and spectacular hilltop views.

It blows me away how many people drive right past this listing never knowing what it has to offer. I spent two days learning my way around, and attempted to capture as much of the beauty as I could, but would love to (and COULD EASILY spend another week) keep exploring it and capturing much much more – – –

Before it sells, I really hope that I get to camp out and capture some sun rises, sunsets, and star-scape photos from it’s hilltops!! That was all before I even set foot inside the spectacularly restored and renovated family home with all the right upgrades and yet still holding onto the essence of the history of this home. As much as I tried, my photos, virtual tours, aerial video and ground video (and I hate to say this) just don’t do this place justice. IT MUST BE SEEN to be BELIEVED. Many deer, turkey, foxes and all sorts of beautiful animals call this land home, and I’d be honored to do the same if only my wallet was bigger. . . . .
