I created this with the intent to help someone to do their own project.
Of course i'm not a professional qualified person and i don't own a business.
I just started the conversion to my trailer with the desire to create something unique and personal to share with the world and work on (hopefully soon....)
and taste authentic and delicious cuisine.
The road is still long as i'm facing parking problems and other kind of obstacles but i'm positive and determinate to complete my project.
So, i put passion and hard job in what i do so, based on my best knowledge and experience i can give you some advise.
