I've been on the hunt for these buzzy instant noodles FOREVER. Ever since David Chang announced his own line of instant noodles, MOMOFUKU INSTANT NOODLES, I knew I had to get my hands on a pack. I'm a huge fan of Chang I picked up the Tingly Wavy Noodles, Soy and Scallion and Spicy Soy noodles. They are all air dried, not fried, instant noodles with a soy base, dry-style. But are they worth the hype? I evaluate all of them in this video.
