Ok so if you’ve seen Stranger Things Season 5 then youll know we end with a big dangling mystery. Chances are if youve clicked this video then youve seen the show and know that Elevens fate is left up in the air. In the series we see her seemingly die however theres also the hope that she survived. The Duffer brothers have been tight lipped about her fate and have said that its up the viewer. However I thought we’d discuss the evidence for and against and discuss whether its a happy ending or just a guy basically coping with how things happened. Some big ol copium there.

Earlier in the season Eleven Told Mike he doesnt get to write the story and that this wont be one of his happy endings. Max also kinda shuts down the idea as well but Mike basically says he chooses to believe good things can happen.

Now in the scene we see the gang get captured by the military upon exiting the upside down. Its here theyre grabbed by Dr. Kay whos been after 11 this whole time. The group look about only to see her at the gateway and after a final farewell with Mike the explosives go off and destroy the upside down.
