Veg Fried Rice
Ingredients:
2 TBSP OIL | तेल
2 NO STAR ANISE | चकरी फूल
2 NOS RED CHILLI | लाल मिर्च.
2 TBSP WHITE PART OF SPRING ONION | हरे प्याज का सफेद भाग
2 TBSP BROCOLLI (FLORETS) | ब्रोकोली
2 TBSP CHOPPED CARROTS | गाजर
2 TBSP CHOPPED FRENCH BEANS | फ्रेंच बीन्स
4 CUPS COOKED SELA BASMATI RICE | पके हुए सेला बासमती चावल
A HANDFUL CHOPPED SPRING ONION GREENS | हरे प्याज़ के पत्ते
1 TBSP WHITE PEPPER POWDER | सफेद मिर्च पाउडर
SALT | नमक TO TASTE
2 TSP SOY SAUCE | सोया सॉस
Method:
Set a wok over high flame & let it get hot, then add oil & let it heat up as well.
Add star anise, red chilli, spring onion, broccoli, carrot& french beans, stir well & cook over high flame for 2-3 minutes.
Further add the cooked rice, white pepper powder, salt, soy sauce & spring onion greens, stir well & cook for 2-3 more minutes.
Your fried rice is ready.
Paneer & Veggies in Lemon Coriander Sauce
Ingredients:
2 TBSP OIL | तेल
2 TBSP WHITE PART OF SPRING ONION | हरे प्याज का सफेद भाग
1 TBSP CHOPPED GARLIC | लहसुन
1 TSP CHOPPED GINGER | अदरक
1 TSP CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI | हरी मिर्च
1 SMALL DICED CARROT | गाजर
1/2 CUP DICED MIXED BELLPEPPERS | मिक्सड बेल पेपर्स
2 TBSP SWEET CORN | स्वीट कार्न
2 TBSP CHOPPED FRENCH BEANS | फ्रेंच बीन्स
2 TBSP BROCOLLI (FLORETS) | ब्रोकोली
A HANDFUL CHOPPED SPRING ONION GREENS | हरे प्याज़ के पत्ते
150 GRAMS DICED PANEER | पनीर
500 -700 ML HOT WATER / VEG STOCK | गरम पानी / वेज स्टॉक
2 TBSP CORN FLOUR | कॉर्न फ्लोर
4 TBSP WATER | पानी
SALT TO TASTE | नमक
1 TBSP WHITE PEPPER POWDER | सफेद मिर्च पाउडर
1 TSP SOY SAUCE | लाइट सोया सॉस
1 LEMON JUICE | नींबू का रस

FRESH CORIANDER | हरा धनिया
Method:
Set a wok over high flame & let it get hot, then add oil & let it heat up as well.
Further add spring onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli & add all the veggies along with Paneer , stir & saute over high flame for 2 minutes. Add hot water or veg stock & bring it to a boil, then& cook for 2-3 minutes. Then make a slurry by combining the corn flour with water in a separate bowl & add it to the sauce while stirring continuously. soy sauce, white pepper powder, sugar & salt, stir well coriander,

Lastly salt,white pepper , soy sauce,fresh coriander & lemon juice, stir well. Paneer & veggies in lemon coriander sauce is ready, you can serve it with the rice in a plate together or you can serve both separately.
