Beshun - How to make chick pea flour batter

2 cups of chickpea flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
Pinch of baking soda
Whisk while adding luke warm water to get a smooth thin consistency



1. Start with 2 cups of chickpea flour in a bowl
2. Add all your spices to the chickpea flour
3. Whisk in water to get a smooth thin consistency of a batter
4. Use to dip sliced eggplant, mashed potatoes, or pokoras for a delicious treat!
