Mid-Summer Sunrise over Saint Thomas Church in Slovenia. – White balance as a warm up filter

Описание: Some moments in landscape photography come once a year; in particular, sunrise or sunset in a certain location. At the well-known church of Saint Thomas view in Slovenia there is a one-week window of opportunity once a year when the sun is the furthest north it can go. At this time, the sun rises over the mountains behind at the closest point it will ever get to the church, and it is the only time you can get the two in one photo.

In this video I capture this moment successfully, along with some other great photos of the morning. I talk about how you can use the white balance as a warm up filter, and also how you can compose your photo to avoid lens flare once the sun is up and too bright to include in your photo.
