STICKY CREMA can ruin your latte art! Here are some tips for breaking up that Crema!
☕Use coffee which has finished degassing (after 7 days)
☕Give your espresso a good swirl before you start pouring to break up the Crema.
☕Make sure you spend time pouring/polishing the Crema when setting it to remove and thick blobs of Crema.
Note: Some coffees just have stickier/blobbier/more Crema than others. You'll just have to work harder with these coffees for clean latte art.
