Описание: Gender equality is a process over time. Gender equality is not something that happens overnight. It takes a lot of changes in policy, actions and a will to change. It also takes something that is much harder to change: a mindset. A mindset of gender equality when it comes to parenting, in the workplace and in our personal life. On 1 September 2016, Ms. Lisette Lindahl took office as the Consul General of Sweden in Shanghai. Ms. Lindahl has previously served as Counsellor and Head of Economic Section at the Embassy of Sweden in China. Before that, she had worked at the Embassy of Sweden in USA, the Embassy of Sweden in Denmark, the Embassy of Sweden in Canada, the Embassy of Sweden in Spain, the Embassy of Sweden in Bulgaria, and the Swedish Mission to the United Nations.
