The father of murdered rapper Kiernan 'AKA' Forbes, Tony says despite the arrests and the fact that the police have kept them updated during the year long investigation, the family is still struggling to come to terms with his death. Attending the first court appearance of 5 of the 7 suspects in the Durban Magistrates Court, Tony Forbes says the start of the court case is only the beginning of their journey to get answers. AKA and his friend - Tebello 'Tibz' Motsoane - were shot dead in an alleged hit outside a Durban restaurant in February last year. Tony Forbes says he believes the true mastermind of the murder plot is yet to be arrested.
